The Communications Manager handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to the preparation and dissemination of press releases and regular communication with media. In addition, the position entails working closely with graphic designers, printing companies, and staff to manage the creation and production of printed materials.
Applicants should be highly self motivated, well organized, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Applicants should be comfortable with initiating and sustaining communication with the media and be able to accurately and consistently convey the WITS message to a wide variety of people. The Communications Manager will also be responsible for the maintenance of the website and will regularly contribute content to the blog and website.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with office software and database programs, strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation a must.
